SCAMMERS - I don’t have a credit card.
Called me on 5 April - I didn't answer - no voicemail - will be blocked.
Out of boredom, I pressed 1 when I answered, and was connected to a person with an Australian accent. I read online that they are hiring Australian backpackers to make these calls, presumably to sound more convincing. I told the caller it was a scam while expressing my frustration. They seemed taken aback. I believe this number is linked to most of the spam calls I receive.
An automated AI voice call claimed to be from PayPal. This is clearly a SPAM call, and I urge everyone to block and report it. I share the frustration of many others—the telecommunications companies should take action against these scammers. There are far too many of these calls happening, and they should be stopped at the source.
The caller stated they were from Jetstar. I jokingly said "this is your flight captain," and they abruptly hung up.
The caller claimed to represent the Immigration Department, stating that my endorsement was abnormal and it was my final warning. I have no affiliation with immigration services, but the caller offered to check my information in their system, which felt like a trap. I chose to end the call.
This call was from someone trying to scam me, claiming there was an unauthorized purchase on my Visa card.
A caller claimed that they transferred money to New Zealand and stated that my account would be placed on hold unless I provided my card details. This raised my suspicions about a possible scam.
This number called and hang up without leaving a message. Do not answer this calls must likely they are scammers.
I received a security alert call from PayPal that was automated.

An automated voice message identified itself as belonging to the fraud department of PayPal, which raises my suspicions about its validity.
I received an automated phone call claiming to be from PayPal security. After realizing it was a scam, I hung up and would recommend blocking this number to avoid future calls.
The caller was a scammer who pretended to be from Amazon, claiming they needed to block a gift card purchase. They asked me for my One Time Code, but I refused to give it to them, which made them annoyed.
This is a scam call.
Asked me to confirm a credit transaction.
I received a scam call from someone claiming to be from Amazon. I have now blocked this number. I'm really tired of these continual scam calls!
The number (02) 5303 1698 is not trustworthy; I recommend not answering and simply blocking them.
I got a call from this number claiming to be from Telstra. However, when I stated that I do not have a Telstra account and mentioned my ongoing issues with their calls, they hung up immediately. I have been receiving similar calls purportedly from Telstra, with origins from Bathurst NSW, Brisbane QLD, and Perth WA.
I get calls from this number 02 5303 1698 from bathurst also claiming to be from Telstra, the phone line comes through really dodgy, and you hear many people in the background. I tell them for someone to be ringing from Telstra in australia their phone line is terrible can't hear a word they are saying so I just hang up.
I received a call that seemed to be coming from Bathurst (NSW). It featured an automated foreign voice thanking me for calling "Diamond Plaza" and then instructed me to wait while my call was connected. I decided to hang up, as it was clearly a scam. This is a prime example of the constant scam calls we receive, and I believe the telecommunications authorities need to take immediate action, as the frequency of these calls is becoming quite stressful for people like me every day.
Says that they're from Telstra and wanted to offer half price from my contract. I don't have a contract and and asked what location she was at and she told me Telstra HO in Sydney. Telstra HO is in Melbourne and this call stated that it was from Bathurst. So I kept asking her questions and she eventually hung up!!
Scam call.
The caller claimed to be from Telstra and wanted to offer me a contract at half the price. I don’t have any contract with them. When I asked for their location, they claimed it was Telstra Headquarters in Sydney, but that’s actually in Melbourne. The call was suspicious because it stated it was from Bathurst. After I asked further questions, the caller eventually hung up. This is definitely a scam call.
