I answered a call that turned out to be a recorded message in a female American voice speaking about some files they supposedly sent me. The message provided options to click 1 for English or 2 for Chinese, which raised red flags for me afterward.
The caller ID displayed a warning for potential fraud when I received the call, which led me to block the number immediately for my safety.
It is very clear that this number belongs to a scammer. I don't recommend answering calls from this number, and I have blocked it.
I received an automated call with a voice speaking in a South East Asian accent, stating that my phone usage had been improper. This raised concerns about the intent behind the call.

This number rang me and then hung up. When I called back, I was greeted with a recorded message stating that the inbox is full and to goodbye. This seems to be either a scam or an annoying nuisance, so I will be blocking it.
