I decided to call it when I got home. The number was connected immediately to a recorded message with a female voice and weird accent saying “the number you have dialled is not in service. Goodbye.” Another BLOCKED number to the list.

I then said again I am not interested and said I’m going to hang up now. She then said I can see I’ve time so I’ll ring you back another time. I then hung up and blocked number.
