Definitely a scam!! Message said I payed $600 with PayPal, checked PayPal, nothing. Stay safe all.
Fake PayPal text message about an unauthorised payment and to call this number.
Also had text stating a transaction for $1399.99 AUD# @Pay-Pal*VIN dial this number for support. Grrrrrr I didn't.

Strangely enough I got the exact same message with the same amount.
Just had the same message come up with $1399.99 for PayPal.. I don't remember activating a PayPal account! I rang the number 1800 491 583 but there was no one at the other end. I hope they don't log my phone number. The reason I called it is because I just changed bank accounts and thought someone hacked into it! Wish I had read these reviews before I called them back. Total scam!

Rang the above number from different mobile. Spoke with few people without providing any further details. They were not able to answer my questions and hang up on me. It's definitely scam. Be careful guys.

Received a text same as those below, re amount of $699.99 on my PayPal account (don't use PayPal), and to call 1800491583. Text came from mobile 61 431 586 401.
