Be careful, some are charging $$$$$ per minute and are actually overseas, you may get a shock next bill cycle.
This is a spam - do not call it back.
I had the same text but from +61 487 208 943.
I rang them and apparently im buying illegal weapons from Germany.... I asked them what country I'm in and they said Syria.
Message saying from PayPal and that $1499.99 sent to Intel Services Co ltd Transaction-ID #1140FQZC77347RVjY and to call (+61) 1800 025 502 if any dispute. Message came from +61 473144164.

Scammers, telling you money was taken from your account, the idea is you ring them, I believe it's a premium number??
Just got the same text message re PayPal $1299.99 purchase from 0458313406 - SCAM!
Identical text SCAM FOR SURE.
I received a message as well stating I made a purchase through PayPal $1299.99. I rang this number 1800 025 502 from a landline to check and it was an Indian answering. I asked him how did he get my number. He was very abrupt saying if you think it is false hang up now and repeated himself twice.. I hung up on him and blocked the number on my phone and deleted the message. BE CAREFUL. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Exactly the same message and the same time but different phone number. It is definitely a scam.
SCAM - They say you have been billed ion pay pal and then want you to ring this premium 1800 number to discuss / dispute.
It is a scam, they get money from your call back time.

I can bet on it being a scam number totally. Am not even bother to call any of the numbers associated.
Got this number on a messge from +61 476 250 864 (unknown) on company work number, saying:

This morning I received a text message about the purchase of Intl’s Holdings from mobile no 0459 976 924.
Amount of $999.99 Australian dollar paid from PayPal account. For dispute call 1800-025-502. I’m really shocked. Need to take proper action of this types of scams. Thanks.

I recieved same message.. Definate scam.. jeez these people annoy me.
I rang them and they couldn’t provide any company details re: abn email etc. Definitely sounded like they were in India.

Recieved an SMS text message from +61447810890 pretending to be from PayPal to say I've just paid $1499.99 to Intel's services co. ltd. To dispute it please call 1800 025 502.
I checked on my PayPal balance and no transactions had taken place. Obviously a scam.
Don't click on it as says you made a PayPal payment of $1299, this is a scam.
Text message received with this number provided as return call number advising I had made PayPal mayment of $1300. Scam.
