Phoned for short period of time and then hung up. Showed as from Mount Helena. Have had a few odd calls from different numbers over the last few days, most seem to be reported as suspicious calls.
I received a call from an unknown number claiming to be from Rockingham. Out of curiosity, I answered but remained silent. The call ended abruptly, and I have no interest in engaging in their so-called "research," so I've blocked the number.
This number rang me, and upon answering, the call ended immediately without any opportunity for conversation.
This number is unfamiliar, and it is registered to Mount Helena, Western Australia.
Definelty looks like a scam. The number (08) 9516 1151 is saying they are in Mount Helena. It is defintly not showing Rockingham.

The call I received was related to an announcement about the WA State Parliament election and included a survey. I chose not to answer the call due to my lack of interest in such matters.
Reverse AU says is might be a website design company in Rockingham. I don't live anywhere near Rockingham, don't have a business and have no need for web design! When design co was searched, they have a different number. Caller left no message, my guess is scam call.
This number has called me four times in the last 24 hours, and each time, they hang up immediately when my answering machine picks up.
