A number of numbers such as this one are used by an excited robotic sounding girl for "the fundraising centre"... Saying they have to meet a quota of three people to donate to various charities like domestic violence charity "Next Step". They say two people have donated and you are the third one who could donate. I suspect this is a scam. The lady has talked to me when I tried to engage her in conversation but she goes straight back to her script.
