Somebody with a foreign accent asking me if I had recieved a notice in the mail about a rate discount (ofcourse the answer is no) so they go on to ask me who my gas is with so they can offer my rate discount. Asked him why he needs to know that, shouldn't he already know that if he is offering me a discount. I obviously went off script at this point because they didn't know what to say then spurted something in another language and hung up. This is a scam number.
