Got a “email from PayPal” saying I need to ring this number to stop having 599USD coming out of my account or I will be charged. Rang number twice and it rang once and hung up. It’s a scam. Don’t worry about it. You’ll notice too that th email they are sending it to is not meant for the email receiver.
Had a message saying I needed to reply or would have 599.00 US taken.

Had an email today from "PayPal" saying someone requested me to pay $599.00 AUD to them.
Email deleted.

I also had an email saying they are going to deduct 599 USD from my account if I don't call the number.
I got an email saying I had a PayPal request for $600 to pay someone I don't know.
