I had two call from this number on my answering machine which did not leave a message 12th June 2012.
I had two calls in a row from this number. When l asked why telstra was calling from alice spirings he hung up.
Received phone call which had delay when answering, like when receiving call from o/s but number showed on my phone as 08 89119847, Indian accent claiming to be from Telstra Technical Department and that my internet was being hacked. He gave his full name and Telstra ID (D062929) and when I asked for a number to confirm his credentials he quoted this and the phone number(03 90282942)to call back on and to specifically ask for him. When I didn't call back within a few minutes he called again and I ended the conversation quickly. I'm not with Telstra!
