A caller from this number claimed to be representing Microsoft. They gained access to our computer and attempted to access my bank accounts, which is clearly fraudulent behavior.

The caller contacted my elderly relative, pretending to be from Microsoft and requesting access to their computer under the pretense of fixing an issue. The conversation lasted for a couple of hours, and even after I intervened, the caller seemed very convincing.
