Missed call but when dialled Nbr not avail. Scam call.
Got a call at 3.23 pm / 30.03.23 - from Adelaide, but I only know 1 person in Adelaide & he wouldn't call from a landline.... So I dismissed the call.. Just as well I did but the comments I'm reading....
I received a recorded message from a caller claiming to represent Visa or Mastercard. It sounded suspicious and likely to be an automated scam.
I received a call from this number, but I am confused as to why they would be trying to reach me. I don’t have any connections to anyone who could be calling from that number.

Just received a call saying they were from eBay asking for money for something I purchased I haven't purchased anything from eBay so it was a scam (08)83182000.

I received a call claiming to be from VISA/MasterCard regarding a debit transaction and asking me to provide my personal details. This request is alarming and seems very suspicious.
I received a voicemail from someone claiming to be from Mastercard Visa Security, alleging that I had made a $600 payment to Western Union. They instructed me to press 1 to talk to an operator. This is clearly a scam, and I did not respond to the call.
This number called me just now, as I don't know anyone from Adelaide so I didn't answer, glad I made a right decision.
I received a robocall from a number claiming to be Visa. The message stated that I needed to verify a suspicious transfer of $600,001 to Western Union. The voice had an Australian accent, which made it feel odd.
I received a recorded voicemail from someone claiming to represent Visa Card Services, asking me to verify a supposed Western Union transfer of over $600,000. This seemed completely fraudulent to me, so I decided to hang up immediately.
Scam call. Don’t answer and block. Thors one today all Australian’ numbers from different states.

Robocall Visa/Mastercard claiming $1399 charge.
Clearly a criminal call.
Received a number of calls, First from Perth W>A> Second from S>A> then the last one from Sydney all within seconds of me hanging up. Said they were from visa asking did I purchase an Apple mobile phone and if not I should press 1 so that charges would not be recorded against my account. He then went on to ask me to sign into Google. Hung up again. Indian voice.
The caller left a message saying I had an international transfer pending. They instructed me to press 1 if it was correct or 2 if it was not. They didn’t provide any details about the bank or card involved. I decided to delete the message and block the number.

I received a call from a number based in Darwin, which I do not recognize. They did not leave any message, and I suspect this might belong to a new series of scam numbers, as they typically use area codes like 03 or 02.
