Scam

This number is from someone claiming to be from the Do Not Call Register, he knew my name and address and said after much talking about something about a higher court of act in 1988, could he confirm my expiry date on my visa and then started asking about the card number at which stage I hung up. I then got another call from 08 82934541 a minute later which I did not answer but I think could have been them.
