Received a text message from 0402 828 936 with this message:
Confirmed: Your payment $2199.95 for Canon EOS R6 HD Camera on 14th-May 2021, AMZ#502-1463RT1. Give us a call (08) 8120 0591 for any help.
Googled that (08) number above, which of course led me to this page... Friggin scam spammers ugh.
I've also purchased the same mac book! Looks like it was such a good sale, so many others have also purchased it to. Wonder if I pay in gift cards to the ATO, Ohhh I mean Amazon!
I'm have tempted to call and see if I can scam the scammers buhahaha.
Be careful these say they are Amazon but infact attempt to extort your details and credit card do not call them or call from a different phone and they will hand up as they need your caller ID to help there scam.
