This call is from an 08 number. I never get calls from 08 numbers so I suspected it was a scam or spam. If they don't leave a voicemail message I presume it's not important. My phone also screens calls, asking callers to say who they and what they want and I'll get back to them. This caller failed all three, so it's either a scam, spam or not important. I don't call those back.
