Scam

This is a scam or phishing call. The caller claimed to be from Visa and mentioned there were "suspicious" transactions on my account. They provided details about two transactions: one for $300 and another for over $1000. The caller urged me to press 1 to speak to a customer representative if I did not recognize these transactions. Realizing it was an obvious scam—especially since I do not have that much money in my account—I decided to hang up.
