This number which appears to be from Western Australia, is definitely a SCAM call hoaxing as VISA CARD authorities. Below is the message they left on my voicemail:

This is a call from VISA Security Department regarding 2 transactions which have been deducted from your account which is $300 on eBay and $1300 on a foreign transfer. If you are not the person behind these transactions then please press 1 to talk to our Visa Department representative.
