This call was from a scam company pretending to be Norton Customer Support.
Found this number listed in a scam email "from" Norton pretending to charge your account and making you call them within 24 hours to correct it, which requires you to give personal CC details etc.
I think the VoIP account has been compromised. Happens a lot more than you think.
