Scam caller.
Spam solar company that doesn't let you politely say "no thank you" - they just TALK over you trying to spam you.
I rang the number back, its coming from a call centre with foreign accent. Hung up as I don't want to entertain further.
Probably a scammer, Rang but no message left.
If this number has been searched so many times, bet your house it is an attempted scam. I irregularly - but too often - get runs of attempted calls from numbers likely to be spoofed. Block.
My phone marked this number as spam, so I did not answer the call. Additionally, the calls are made outside of typical business hours, which raises my suspicion about their legitimacy.
