I received a call from this number this morning, claiming it was the ANZ ‘investigating’ several suspicious purchases made with Amazon. Of course they tried to get my name.
I cut them off.
This one rang me claiming to be from Telstra's technical team. I can't help but feel there's something fishy about that.

Just had a call from this number claiming he was from PayPal and if I had authorised a payment of 720.00 this morning.
I said I don't use PayPal and that you are a scam....

Identified as 'Telsta'—give me a break! It's clear this is a scammer trying to pull a fast one. A big fat NO from me!
Got a call from this number claiming they were from Visa, but something just feels off about it. Anyone else hear from these blokes?
So this dodgy number claimed they were from the Visa Mastercard team, asking if I approved a $460 charge. I said yes, and then they just went and hung up like a bunch of cowards!
