You ever notice how all those numbers starting with 0870 are like a buffet of pests? Just a thought.
Received a call and didn’t quite understand it—sounded like a mix of English and Chinese. They hung up pronto, and now I'm left scratching my head. Feels a bit off, if you ask me!
Was reported by my phone as a reported "possible fraud" number. I let it go through to voicemail, but they didn't leave one... Red flag. I called back next day to check it out. Supposedly an "Accident Claims centre". As I've had no accidents, it's obviously a phishing/scam/fraud call (there are a few of these going 'round). I have Blocked the number. It needs to be reported here as it has not already been added.
I received a call from this number but they left no voicemail. When I called back the next day, it was an 'accidents claim centre'—and let me tell you, I haven’t had any accidents! Clearly a dodgy phishing call pretending to be helpful. My phone already flagged it as a scam, and it's about time that got updated here!
Who is this ringing me? No clue, just a mystery caller trying to stir up some curiosity!
Had a lady with an Indian accent ringing up, claiming she was from some compensation mob. Tried to rope me in for workplace entitlements. When I said I was all good, she switched to a motor vehicle accident. Total scam! Avoid!
Community reports are retained as historical safety signals within the Reverseau telecommunications safety dataset and may reflect different experiences over time.
