First off, don’t fall for this nonsense! They put up a warning on my computer while I was on Facebook saying to call Microsoft because I'm ‘infected’. The woman on the phone wanted remote access, and when I questioned her, she just spun some rubbish. Ugh, what a scam!
This number has called me twice this week from a company named "My Refund." While they have a legitimate website, when I returned the call just two minutes later, I reached an automated response that informed me I was calling outside of their office hours both times.
I received a call from this number (08) 7083 8163 on the first day, and then I got a follow-up call the next day from a similar number (08) 7083 8168, which is unusual and suspicious.
This number called my mobile and then hung up without leaving a message. It happened at 4 PM, which was unusual.
I received an unsolicited call from this number at 12:15 PM. When I picked up, I heard background noise, but the call dropped. When I called back, someone answered with just "hello" and did not provide any company introduction. After I mentioned a missed call, they introduced themselves as a solar company. I declined their offer and ended the call. It sounded like a call center based in Southeast Asia.
This call was from what appears to be a cleaning company that is cold calling potential customers. The caller had a very thick accent, making it difficult for me to understand what they were saying.
This number called me at 7:20 PM. I used a "screen call" service during the call, and the caller hung up. I also had a similar incident with this number a few days ago.
Definitely a scam call. Twice this week I've had a missed call between 7-8 pm. No message left either time. Don't know anyone with this number.

I got a call at 7:30 PM from an unknown number that didn't leave a message. When I called back, a person with a heavy accent addressed me by my given name, but the voice and the way my name was pronounced were unfamiliar to me. I decided to block the number.

Was called by someone at this number today. Guy on other end can't hold a conversation and something is fishy. I have had a few odd calls from Adelaide numbers and it appears some scammers are using numbers from that area.
