This phone number is from Albany and did not leave a message when they called.
This number has called me at least 8 times without ever leaving a message. The last time I answered, a male with an accent asked for me by name. I responded by saying, "You tell me, you're the one calling a number that is on the do not call list." After that, he hung up and I haven't received any further calls from them.
The person called but did not speak when I answered the phone.
I missed a call from this number, which is listed as coming from Albany. Based on other users' comments about similar calls, I've decided not to return the call, as it may be spam or a scam.
The caller addressed me by my last name as if it were my first name, which was strange. When I inquired about the purpose of the call, they hung up without answering.
They did not leave a voicemail when they called on a Saturday afternoon.
This was a cold call regarding a solar panel rebate that turned out to be a scam from an Indian caller.
