Caims to be Telstra wants yo discuss your ip address...Scam.
Missed call did not return call checked here BLOCKED AND DELETED.
The call went directly to message bank, but they did not leave a voicemail. I have blocked this number.
The caller claimed to be from Telstra and requested my internet license number. I did not trust their legitimacy.
The caller claimed my email address had become public and requested that I enter the address he provided so he could check what it said in return. I cheekily replied with "you're a dumb sh*t," to which he simply said "ok ma'am" and hung up. Definitely a scam call!
I received a missed call from this number, and after doing a quick Google search, I found user feedback that helped me identify it. I now perceive the issue as resolved.
I received spam from some fraudster who claims that I have used PayPal to buy bitcoin with CoinBase. This is a lie and the number to dispute this was given in the attachment eg 08 6102 0952.
I received a suspicious email from someone named Rivka Maleszka, which included an attached transaction claiming to be a bitcoin purchase made via PayPal. It provided this phone number for any dispute inquiries. However, I didn’t buy any bitcoin, and this transaction has not appeared on my credit card statement. I suspect they are using this number as bait to lure people into making unnecessary calls.
I received an email regarding a supposed Bitcoin purchase through PayPal, which threatened me with a six-hour window to object, and instructed me to call this number for more details.
I received a fraudulent email that appeared to be from PayPal, supposedly sent by someone named “Spencer Friebel,” which provided a telephone number for further contact. The message was evidently a scam.
I got an email listing this phone number for a return call regarding a receipt from PayPal/eBay for an iPhone 14 purchase. The sender, supposedly named Amanda Fayette, is clearly mistaken because I do not have a PayPal account.
Community reports are retained as historical safety signals within the Reverseau telecommunications safety dataset and may reflect different experiences over time.
