I have received a lots of calls from "Karratha" from telephone numbers very close to each other. I suspected scam and didn't answer - coming here and reading other reviews confirm this.
I have been receiving numerous spam calls about solar panels. It's frustrating because I get at least five calls per week from various numbers across Australia, and they all have the same scripted message. I wish there was better enforcement of the Do Not Contact Register!
Scam caller- seemingly originating from Karratha in WA. Do not answer or try and call back.
I have been getting dozens of scam calls that use near-sequential numbers, all saying they’re from Karratha. I have called the number back once or twice to find out which company is trying to call but the numbers have been ‘not connected’.
Ignore unknown calls from.
Karratha, WA.
Pannawonica, WA.
Whittlesea, Vic.
Spearwood, WA.
Kalkallo, Vic.
Point Cook, Vic.
These are just the tip of the iceberg but all keep changing a digit or two the next time they call and, for this reason, there’s no point in blocking them.
Just IGNORE, IGNORE and let the call ring out. If you hit the red button on your phone, they will just try again shortly afterward.
Good luck!
Solar power scam.
Spam... again!
Most likely a SCAM call. Tried calling back the number and the message on the phone says the number is not connected.
It’s a scam. Ring it back on private line and it says it cannot be connected.
