Has a recorded message saying I owe $250 to eBay then someone answered saying it was eBay but I didn't owe money and it was a scam.

I received a missed call from this number. When I called back, the representative claimed that my phone had been hacked by someone from eBay and that I might lose $300. I asked for their name, the name of their manager, and the name of the company. At that point, they hung up on me. Definitely a scam!
