From Australian contact centre. Said something about line insurance (or maybe life insurance). Hung up. Waste of time.
Called two days in a row. First day hung up without speaking. Today said they were calling in regards to Life Insurance. Blocked their number.
Yep just got a call from this number and they hung up. Might block it.
They keep calling everyday.
Australian Information Centre or something similar, when called back just wanted to know if call received on mobile or landline, Austn accent, did not answer question 2813as to who/what they were, received another call 2 days later, did not answer.

It is a New insurance company, I waited until I spoke to someone, wasn't interested so I have blocked number.

I can't believe so many people have complained about this but no one apparently has done the obvious... Call the number! Anyway I did and its from the Australian Contact Call Centre who operate on behalf of a number of financial institutions. So the recorded message says.
If you select enter 1 on your phone you get an option to send an email to their call centre to opt out or you can call back between 9am and 4pm to opt out.
Your choice. I've done it but no idea how effective ti will be.
I got a 'message' from this number through my internet modem. It's not the first time this has happened. Luckily for me I can't answer. So I don't care if they keep doing that. While they are trying to get contact with me, someone else isn't getting that call.

I just blocked this number they don't give up calling.
This number called me 6 times today alone and each time I ignored they left a message saying they were calling about life insurance, a scam I say.
This number keeps calling me repeatedly. Extremely annoying. Won't give up calling me.
This number has called me repeatedly for over a year, wanting me to purchase life insurance from them. Each time I have asked them to no longer call me, and they will stop calling for serveral months before starting to call daily again. I have now blocked the number.

Its a scam call about rubbish.
