0753456441 must be a scam as a ligimate charity DOES NOT cold call numbers on the "do don't call" register and names the charity not claim to be from "a group of major charities" therefore an obviously dangerous scam call.
I receive calls from scammers every single day, around four to five times. I wonder when the government or telecom companies will step in to address this ongoing issue.
This number is unfamiliar to me, and I do not recognize it. Therefore, I suggest others proceed with caution if they receive a call or message from it.
I didn’t recognize this number, so I let it go to voicemail. Once again, no message was left, which makes me suspect it was a nuisance call or a scam attempt.
I record the caller's name as "DO NOT ANSWER" so that when Siri announces the call, it tells me not to pick up. This strategy effectively wastes their time and gives me a good laugh each time.
I choose not to engage with these scammers. They left a robotic voicemail claiming my bank account had been debited $500 for purchases at Amazon and eBay, which I believe is a fraudulent message.
When they identified themselves, I politely declined their offer and ended the call.
I find it perplexing that these calls are considered acceptable business practices. I receive many such calls from various similar numbers, often linked to charities, electricity services, or health insurance companies. I usually don’t answer but verify the numbers instead. This approach to business seems foolish.
I didn’t recognize this number, so I chose not to answer. I've now blocked it for peace of mind.
I am increasingly frustrated with receiving these unsolicited calls. It makes me question the effectiveness of the 'Do Not Call' register, as it seems these spam calls are relentless.
I continue to receive multiple calls from the same type of phone number with no messages left. To deal with this, I am forced to keep blocking these numbers.
I received a missed call from this number. I have no association with anyone in Queensland, so I decided to check this website before returning the call. I'm grateful that I did, as it appears to be a charity survey call that has been reaching out weekly from different numbers. This website is a great resource for people to share their experiences!
The caller did not leave any message, so I consider this another spam or scam call.
This caller also uses the number 07-5346440. They hang up immediately if my answering machine picks up, and they never leave a message. This behavior suggests that it could be related to a scam.
The caller operates a call center conducting surveys about charitable support. They gather your preferences and sell this information to various charities, who then follow up for donations. Since these calls originate from overseas, they circumvent the Do Not Call regulations. There is a pressing need for stricter laws to prevent charities and businesses from purchasing these lists.
I keep receiving calls from this number and several similar ones. I'm grateful to those who are reporting their experiences here as it helps raise awareness about these persistent calls.
The phone number with ID 238764 is associated with a scam claim originating from Caloundra, QLD. Users should be cautious if they receive calls from this number.
I was called by a male with an Australian accent who asked if I would participate in a charity survey. I declined to answer his questions.
This caller is yet another nuisance associated with the 07 5345 64 range, known for spam and scam activities.
This number is persistent and annoying; it appears to be associated with another number: (07) 5345 6439.
Recorded call purportedly an animal charity. Suspect it is just another scam.
Spoofed scam number!
