Beware of Indian scammers who are attempting to trick individuals into granting them remote access to their computers. Engaging with them could lead to serious security risks.
The caller claimed to be from NBN and reported that their workers in my postcode area have detected issues with the connection and speed. I consider this a scam and have decided to block the number.
I answered this call expecting it would be a legitimate call from Queensland, but it turned out to be a Telstra/NBN scam. I played along, pretending to sell cheap solar panels, and after a couple of minutes, the caller hung up. Definitely a scam attempt!
I answered the call, but there was no one on the line. I could hear background noise suggesting it was a call center. Suddenly, there was a loud beep, and the call disconnected. My ear is still hurting from that noise. I recommend not answering calls from this number.
I recommend avoiding this number entirely. It has been identified as a scam call, and I think it's best to block it to prevent any further contact.
Received phone call from this number. Area code from Queensland, so did not answer & blocked immediately.
An Indian man called and claimed that I had problems with my Telstra connection. However, I informed him that I do not use Telstra, which clearly indicates that this was a scam.
Said she was from Telstra - I asked to be removed from their call list and she said 'no maam I will call you every day' and hung up.
I missed a call from a number identified as Rosewood. I tend not to answer calls from unfamiliar numbers, as it can be overwhelming and concerning.

This scam call was made by someone pretending to be from Telstra, which I do not use. They incorrectly stated that my home internet service had become public. When I pointed out the error, the caller responded with vulgar language and insults.
I missed their call, and when I tried to call back, the line was unresponsive. I suspect this is a scam.
This number has called me daily for the past week, but each time it’s silent when I answer. This repetitive silence raises red flags that it could be a scam.
An Indian woman called me inquiring about slow internet service. I do not use Telstra, so I terminated the call. Later, I received another call from a different number with a similar pattern, but I chose to ignore it. It seems persistence is a tactic used by these callers.
