Frequently, I receive nuisance calls from this number. They either hang up when I answer or fail to leave a message. I have since blocked this number as spam.

I believe this call was a spam call since it came from an area code that I do not recognize or have any contacts in. The caller did not leave a voicemail, which makes me think it isn’t important.
An unknown caller from Kumbia, Queensland tried to reach me. I do not answer calls from unknown numbers, and since they did not leave a voicemail, it only raises my suspicions that they could be scammers. I want to mention that I have a silent number and I am registered on The Do Not Call Register, but that doesn't seem to deter these unwanted calls.
