Suspicious

I believe calls from this number are a potential scam if you answer when called. I have had several calls from this number in the past 48 hours, none of which I have answered, preferring instead to let voicemail catch it. Not one voicemail had been left, so I turned off my caller ID and rang to see who answered. The call was answered by an obviously fake -'this number is out of service' message in Possibly the worst public notice voice ever.
