I received a call from this number at 6:46pm 16 March and again at 5:55pm on 17 March. Both times I answered the phone and no one spoke at the other end. There was a little bit of noise in the background and the caller hung up after 2 or 3 seconds. Perhaps they want me to call them back and incur call charges. Pretty dodgy I say.
