Rang a number of times over the last couple of weeks. When I answer there is silence for about 30 seconds- 1 minute then they hang up. Number hangs up instantly when called back. I’m guessing spam. Number blocked.
Delayed to respond upon answer, then get “Hi its Michaela here from (mumbled talk so couldn't understand where she was from) I was just wondering if I could talk to who ever it may be that manages the electricity account, is it you by any chance?” Said yes but I am not interested.. And before I could finish she hung up on me.
Answered but left with no reply??
Assumed to be unwarranted and will be blocked :).
Same as everyone else above. Spam and blocked.
Certainly spam. I blocked.
Missed call - called back and went straight to automated message that said "please wait while we transfer your call".
Possibly spam. Couldn't be bothered to "hold".
Delayed answer after a couple of clicks. Very noisy, someone asking to speak to the person who looks after the electricity. Told them no thanks, hung up and blocked them.
As mentioned above I too am getting calls from this number and getting the same voice mail message telling me they are experiencing a high volume of calls and would be happy to call me back. Have blocked number...spammed.
As mentioned earlier, there is a delay on the line and then it clicks over to a voice that said: May I please speak to the person who handles the energy account?".
Spam...when you answer it takes a couple of seconds and it clicks through to a person with a lot of noise in the background. I hung up and blocked the number.
Won't answer if called back I have spammed this number for hours on end.
Missed two calls - no message left...
Same thing. Called by this number but no-one answered. Have blocked it.
Hung when answered. No doubt a bit of some sort. Blocked the number.
Missed call. No voicemail left. Called back, no company name. Just a computer voice saying we are experiencing a high volume of calls and would be happy to call back.
Community reports are retained as historical safety signals within the Reverseau telecommunications safety dataset and may reflect different experiences over time.
