That's the phone number on their website, I call them often. They are in QLD, def not a scam.
I confirmed my identity with The Lottery Office over the phone. They're a trusted company.
Received a message from 0437 468 022 from the Lottery Office and that I had to call (07) 2111 8242 stating that I have not been able to receive SMS codes from them. The thing is I've never had anything to do with the Lottery Office. So regardless of people saying this is NOT a scam, it actually is and they are getting your details claiming to be a legitimate business.
I had a call from The Lottery Office on this number. The number is on their website 0721118242.
I answered the call and all I heard was someone saying "Hi..." while there were other people talking in the background. They didn't provide any information. The last time I received a call from the lottery office about changing my password, they left a proper message, which made it clear what it was about.
It's a scam. Someone called supposedly from lottery office about my account being compromised. Advised me to save the number in my phone and call them if I have any issues. As if. Be careful.
The Lottery Office lottery company customer service number. Not a scam.
I had a positive experience with this number. I spoke with a helpful representative named Alesa, who assisted me in resetting my lottery office account password. I've been a customer with this lottery service for over 12 months, and they've always provided reliable support.
This is the lottery office number, I have called them couple times. Very helpful customer service team. Not a scam.
A woman called from this number stating that someone had claimed my email address as theirs and requested that I provide an alternative email address. I questioned her about why she hadn't verified her identity and asked for an official email from her to prove who she was. However, no email was ever received. I have reached out to the lottery office regarding this matter and will be blocking this number.
I received a text message from someone named "Alessa" at the number 0437 468 022, asking me to call back at (07) 2111 8242 regarding a login attempt on The Lottery Office website. After checking, neither number seems to be legitimate.
