Will called with an English accent he said he was from Brisbane. Didn't know what he was on about. He was all over the place and nothing made sense. Just wanted to speak with the owner no matter what, wouldn't give me any info. Ultimate time waster.

I said they're not in this afternoon (I knew this wasn't a call he would be expecting) I asked to take a message, no, he said he'd try again tomorrow and asked if he'd be in. I said you can try your luck, he's a busy man and again asked to take a message. He wasn't interested in that at all. Good luck to him, he's gotta get through me to get to the boss!!

Will - English accent (UK). Very forthright. Introduced himself from PH Group. Wanted to speak with the owners of the business and provided some names. Advised they do not work here. Will got frustrated and wanted to speak to the owners of the business and asked who they were. Advised Will I would not disclose such information until he provides reason of call and how I can help. Will could not get off the phone quick enough and told me to have a good day, I replied the same and laughed as he hung up.
