Today 11/6/24 I recieved a call from a female stating she was from Opti choice.
I terminated the call 20 seconds later when I realised it was another call center.
As my mobile number is on the "Do Not Call Register" this company should not be calling me.
I have also lodged a complaint with the "Do Not Call Register" not that it will stop these parasites from calling me again.
I have also blocked this number.
Spam phone call from OPI choice harassing me to change over to a new health Insurance provider Didn’t like me saying no and got very aggressive.
I missed a call from this number, so I decided to call it back. The voicemail message stated that they are from Optichoice, but I have doubts about the legitimacy of their claim.
The caller did not leave a voicemail, but there are numerous reports from others indicating that this number is likely associated with telemarketing activities.
It seems the caller was confused because my voicemail had played, and he thought I was still on the line listening. This suspicious behavior indicates that these are likely scammers trying to deceive individuals.
There have been multiple reports submitted regarding this number from individuals who have classified it as a scam, indicating that it may be linked to fraudulent activities.
Checked out Hospital about 4.02 pm call about 6 pm didn't catch name, calling from New Zealand regarding discharge from Hospital, asked what state in Australia is Ayr, said Qld. Wanted details of account from which I paid my acc. Couldn't find and he said will ring back in an hour, never rang back.
This number calls me, then immediately hangs up. It seems they are trying to get me to call them back potentially for a scam.
Apparently calling on behalf of iselect for Health Insurance comparison?
But not too sure how they got my number!
