I answered the call but remained silent. They hung up shortly afterward. I intend to block this number now due to their behavior.
Scam 100% - waste their time or ignore.
This scammer calls and, when returned, prompts you to press 1, but then there is no follow-up, which is frustrating.
When I answered the call, there was several moments of silence before a man with an Indian accent started discussing solar rebates. I listened briefly, then informed him that I was not interested and hung up. I often receive scam calls of this nature, and I had received another call from this same number just about 30 minutes earlier.
Calls claiming to be from a Finance company that does not exist when trying to follow up on it. Definitely a scam caller.
Over the past several days I have been getting calls from various numbers starting with 0485 or +61485.
They do not leave a message and my phone automatically detects them as Suspicious or Potential Scam.
Please do NOT answer these calls.
Block them immediately.
