I received an automated voicemail notification claiming it was from my doctor at 11:30 PM, which seems very odd. Such late calls can be distressing, particularly for older individuals. It's time for stricter actions from the government and phone companies to tackle these spam issues.
Today, I received a scam message on my mobile phone that read, “You have a new voice message ipv6.poerantech.nl/okc/?one4l2e44791b8 qd.” I'm located in Melbourne, and ever since I started using QR codes during COVID, I've been inundated with these scams on a daily basis. I believe that a company as large and successful as Telstra should have the resources and technology to block these scams from our mobile and landline phones.
SCAM! Saying there's tracking information for something I've not ordered. Doesn't supply any sort of information about said package/delivery. Leaves a link to a fake DHL page wanting me to download an app.
I received a similar spam call with a message that started with, "Hello, just sent you this video we’re in @bla bla bla…" My initial reaction was that it could be an adult video, but it felt like a scam.
This number keeps on sending fraudulent message about posting some private video of mine. Blocked it straight away.
The caller claimed they were unable to deliver a package due to severe weather conditions. The details provided were very vague, which gave me a strong impression that it might be a scam.
I received only a text message with a short video link. The message was poorly worded: "A quick video :|: that might ‘da’ interest you" followed by the link pegaweb.top/b/te/?ll8cjmnidvz6q.
