I am curious who owns this number as I have received several missed calls from it lately.
I received a scam text message claiming to be from my "child." The message said, “Hi Mum/Dad, this is my new number, can you save it please?” It's clearly a scam tactic!
Hi Mum this is my temporary number text me back if you have received this message ok I then rang number no answer so sent text who is this.. Reply eldest child... Seems to be another scam call.
I received a message that seems to be a phishing attempt: "Hi mum, this is my new phone number. Please text me back to confirm you received this message!"
Scam text. “Hi mum this is my new phone number text me back if you have received this message”. I rang one son and the other doesn’t text mum. Just ignored.
Recieved text saying " Hi mum this is my new number can you save it please." I replied who is this, message replied.
" your eldest child" I asked for date of birth... No response.
Scammer.
