Called three times today. Hangs up as soon as I answer. I've blocked the number.
This number continues to call without anyone answering on the other end. If you pick up or respond, they may confirm your number as valid. It seems to be a technique used to harvest genuine phone numbers, which are then sold to scammers for further exploitation. I wonder why the government isn’t taking action against this practice, as it seems too easy to perpetrate in Australia.
This number called me twice in just 10 minutes. Every time I answered, they hung up, which is incredibly annoying.
