One of those loose threats of a 'fine' if you don't comply to use a government qr code by certain date-.

NOTE: " Vic Gov QR Code" doesn't state a reason for the QR code. Presumably the scammers just think you will think it's covid related and then just do it like a good little citizen - but there is no mention of covid, no reason given, no context for the message- just says to do a thing or else you risk a fine. The link is SO SUSPICIOUS.
