Uncertain

Caller stated Hi I need an ambulance, to 1 8 Brunswick st fortitude valley. Ok was the 180 or 1/8 and what unit number. Upon asking important details the call dropped out. I "call taker" feel so bad I couldn't obtain correct address for an ambulance. Tried ringing back and the home was switched off. I still don't know if this person is alive.
