This call was about promoting a Simply Energy VPP for a home battery system. However, I believe Tesla’s VPP is a significantly better option. Additionally, I found that Natural Solar operates in a sales-focused manner, is pushy before you sign up, and often does not return calls after signing up, as they subcontract installations to other companies.

When I asked him why he was spruiking on behalf on an electricity company, given that he worked for a solar panel/battery company he said they had teamed up.
