What to Know About 0458 654 447

The number 0458 654 447 / 0458654447 has emerged in conversations among Australian residents, particularly involving property transactions. Users report varying experiences, classifying this number both as a potential opportunity and a cause for suspicion. Is it a legitimate property buyer or a masquerading scam artist? Let’s delve into the details.

User Experiences: Legitimate or Scam?

From the feedback gathered, there seems to be a dual narrative surrounding this number:

  • Genuine Interest in Property: Several users report receiving letters, typically hand-written, from a person named Michelle who expresses interest in buying houses directly from owners. These individuals describe her as an investor primarily focused on renovation properties, offering cash for quick sales without the hassle of conventional real estate processes.
  • Suspicion and Concern: On the other hand, there are voices of caution. One reviewer highlighted the personal touch in her outreach but felt uncomfortable due to the unsolicited nature of such communications, suggesting that the effort may border on a scam.

Analysis and Classification

Based on the shared reviews, it can be concluded that this number largely connects to a legitimate property buyer looking to invest in homes. Michelle's direct communication about her intentions states that she and her husband are real estate renovators, and their appeal is to those wishing to avoid the ills of a property listing.

However, the unsolicited nature and personalised notes may give some homeowners pause, especially regarding privacy. There’s a fine line between genuine outreach for property acquisition and aggressive targeting that can feel intrusive.

  • Consult Local Resources: Use a Reverse Phone Lookup Australia service such as Reverseau to cross-check any past reports attached to this number.
  • Trust Your Instincts: If something feels off, it's best to investigate further or opt not to engage.

In conclusion, while more peers view this contact as a potential legit buyer rather than a scam, it’s essential to approach with cautious optimism. Understanding the nature of these calls can help you make informed decisions about your property offers.

Hi, This is Michelle. I have sent you a letter and you are wondering if I am a genuine buyer. I am.

From time to time I get comments on this site that claim that I am a real estate agent or that I gain access to your home through fraud and steel your things.

These comments are simply untrue and whilst the defamatory posts will be eventually deleted, I would hate to think that they would stop somebody that could really use our help from picking up the phone.

There are genuine people out there that need to sell their homes quickly, that are unable to remove a lifetime of possessions when they move, or simply just don't want a whole heap of strangers entering their home every week for opens. There are even investors that have had tenants destroy their houses or are needing repairs that they can't afford to fix, so would rather sell than have it sit there costing them money. These headaches we can fix.

My husband and I are primarily renovators. We add value to property and resell it as our primary source of income. We send out letters to the streets that we like in the hope that somebody is close to selling their home. We do this because generally, when somebody puts their house on the market, they spruce it up for sale and we are trying to buy the house before they do. On occasion, we also find that some people just don't like dealing with real estate agents so this gives them another avenue to sell their home.

From 2017, we have bought 11 houses.9 of which were purchased through real estate agents.

The other 2 were bought privately through a letter like the one you have received. They both did not want to advertise because of the state of the houses were in and both wanted a quick sale, which was not likely if put on the market. We were able to offer cash on these occasions, which in the current climate with banks declining finance, was exactly what they were looking for.

So if you are looking to sell your home, give me a call.

Thanks,

Michelle.

We received a posted hand written note from "Michelle" of 0458 654 447 who says she wants to buy our house. She has our names and address but only lists herself as Michelle. It seems like a scam to me.

I got a letter from this number wanting to buy my house. Sounded like a real estate agent so I rang to check it out. She made a genuine offer to buy my house but I let her know that I wasn't really interested in selling. She was very nice and understanding about me checking her out. The next day I heard that she bought my friends house around the corner. She's an investor looking to buy property that she can add value to. Mainly a renovator but will buy property that has a bit of land that can be subdivided off. My friend said she was really lovely and easy to deal with.
