I had to repeat my hello and this is(my name) twice before the person answered with a “hi I’m Kim I’m calling from Visual Management Grpup (nonexistent company) “...I should have just hung up. When I clued in and state it’s my work phone and I’m busy with work what are you after she is very rude says something like well I’m not after anything and just hangs up. Well what a load of BS of course they’re trying to sell something so that’s a blatant lie. I rang back the number it’s disconnected.

Standard telemarketing phone call, one of the many companies calling about tax incentives. Ask them to take you off the list and you won't receive the call. I've found there are a lot of telemarketers calling about the same thing from different places so just ask them to do the same.
