From various searches in other reverse telephone databases, the scope of various telephone calls and SMS over a long period of time suggests a scam operator rather than a telemarketer.

This is the first listing for this number in this database but the SMS message content is exactly wording and format as one received from 0447 100 304.

Perhaps the telco carrier could block such nonsense.
