More likely than not it's a scam - if a shipping company, whether Aus Post, DHL, etc, have your phone number, they would not be using an anonymous mobile number to let you know. Also, if they have actually lost your address (like how???), they would not have your phone number and it becomes the vendor's problem - not theirs.
