The caller, who had an Indian accent, asked me whether I had solar panels. This inquiry raises suspicion about their intentions, suggesting a possible marketing or scam effort.
This caller rang for four times and then abruptly hung up without leaving a message. I have since blocked the number and reported it as spam.
Answered the call, was greeted by a lady using my name (unsure where they got it from, didn't get a chance to ask). They're asking about solar panels and will ask about the hot water service/system.
The idea is to sell you solar panels + a heat-pump hot water service.
The caller was inquiring whether I had solar power and if I was aware of the current Government rebates available in my area. This seems suspicious and I suspect it is a scam.
