Received a call from 0420 040 384. Have been receiving spam calls from random overseas numbers daily for the past few weeks. Usually avoid answering and block, did answer this one as it was a local number and thought it may be a client, but it was a robocall/ fraud/ scam call pretending that you have an eBay parcel stuck in customs. Hung up before the message finished and blocked. Assume the number was spoofed.

About This Report

This page is part of the Reverseau Scam Intelligence Database, a community-driven dataset maintained by Reverseau since 2014. The database documents caller behaviour across Australian phone numbers based on first-hand user experiences.

Each entry is generated when individuals who received calls or messages from a number submit a report through our review form. Reports include a caller safety rating (1–5 scale) and a written account of the interaction. All submissions are moderated before publication.

The safety rating shown on this page reflects the collective assessment of 0420 040 384 by real users. It measures perceived caller risk, not the quality of this page. A low rating indicates that reporters consider this number likely to be associated with scam or spam activity.
