The Victorian Consumer Affairs is currently investigating this company, so I recommend reaching out to them, as they are gathering evidence against them.
While I have never had any issues with deliveries or payments, I am getting annoyed by constant calls from a wine company. I don’t consume much wine and have requested to be removed from their mailing list multiple times, yet I'm still receiving calls about once a week. I simply hang up when they call.
I have blocked scam text messages offering wine promotions from this number 33 times, yet they continue to persist. It's incredibly frustrating!
I’ve been scammed by this company, losing hundreds of dollars in the process. If they have your credit card information, they can cause you significant distress. I had to cancel my credit cards and block every number they called me from after I initially refused to buy from their salesperson, which led to a rapid series of scams. I strongly advise against dealing with these people.
I received a scam message from this number promoting a "VIP Wine SALE!" The message claimed there was a limited stock of "Premium Coonawarra Cab" wine and added they were giving away free shipping. The link provided is suspicious, and users are advised not to click on it, block the number, and report it to their messaging apps. The link was bit.ly/3tKSxZj.
I suspect this number belongs to a spam caller. Please block the number and report it to your phone applications.
Oak Road Wines. Total harassment I have politely asked them not to call anymore but to no avail. Disgusting manners and selling method.
Male Con-artist aged around his early 50s texting me to invest my money into his wine business based in country Victoria. He uses fake name, different mobile SIM card numbers, fake email addresses so he doesn’t get caught. There is no wine business under that name he texted us.. We Google it.
Oak Road wines continue to SPAM my mobile phone on SMS. I have never given them my number or bought their product. I never will. I have reported them to ACMA.

About This Report
This page is part of the Reverseau Scam Intelligence Database, a community-driven dataset maintained by Reverseau since 2014. The database documents caller behaviour across Australian phone numbers based on first-hand user experiences.
Each entry is generated when individuals who received calls or messages from a number submit a report through our review form. Reports include a caller safety rating (1–5 scale) and a written account of the interaction. All submissions are moderated before publication.
The safety rating shown on this page reflects the collective assessment of 0418 716 920 by real users. It measures perceived caller risk, not the quality of this page. A low rating indicates that reporters consider this number likely to be associated with scam or spam activity.
